Manufacturing Technician - cGMP / Late-Stage Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Technicians to support late-stage manufacturing operations at its Norton, MA facility. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience working on the manufacturing floor within a cGMP-regulated environment, particularly within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related manufacturing operations.

The Manufacturing Technician will support day-to-day manufacturing activities while following established procedures, GMP requirements, safety standards, and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on manufacturing activities on the production floor in a cGMP environment.
• Support late-stage manufacturing operations according to approved procedures and batch records.
• Execute manufacturing processes while adhering to GMP, SOPs, safety, and quality requirements.
• Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and systems as required.
• Perform equipment setup, cleaning, sanitization, and line clearance activities.
• Follow batch records, work instructions, SOPs, and other controlled documents.
• Identify and escalate process deviations, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and compliant manufacturing environment.
• Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support investigations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Manufacturing Technician, Manufacturing Associate, Production Technician, or similar role within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biologics, or another regulated manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on late-stage manufacturing floor experience.
• Experience working in a cGMP/GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience following SOPs, batch records, work instructions, and GMP documentation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document manufacturing activities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work the assigned shift, including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with aseptic/sterile manufacturing, downstream processing, formulation, fill-finish, or other late-stage manufacturing operations.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and controlled production environments.
• Experience with deviation reporting, investigations, and change controls.

Multiple shifts may be available, including:

• 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift
• 3rd Shift

Candidates must be flexible and able to support the shift assigned based on business needs.
