Qualifications:

• Active Ohio SLP license or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or strong clinical skills in pediatric and school settings
• Experience with K–12 students in schools or healthcare environments (preferred)
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms (a plus)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to K–12 students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other therapists to develop and implement IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and maintain thorough documentation
• Adapt therapy to meet student needs, both in-person and via teletherapy
• Engage in staff meetings and contribute to school initiatives
