Qualifications:
- Active Ohio SLP license or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or strong clinical skills in pediatric and school settings
- Experience with K–12 students in schools or healthcare environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms (a plus)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K–12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other therapists to develop and implement IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and maintain thorough documentation
- Adapt therapy to meet student needs, both in-person and via teletherapy
- Engage in staff meetings and contribute to school initiatives
