This full-time opportunity is designed for a Speech-Language Pathologist holding the CCC credential, passionate about making a difference with 8th and 9th-grade learners. The assignment runs from August 24, 2026, through January 19, 2027, providing the chance to form meaningful connections while helping students achieve their communication goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for Pennsylvania
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in-person during set hours and collaborate within a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver both individual and group speech-language therapy sessions for 8th and 9th-grade students on campus
- Provide direct services on a six-day cycle from 7:30am to 2:30pm
- Manage caseload for Speech Only IEP students, overseeing approximately 8-10 individualized education plans
- Create and implement therapy plans specific to student needs
- Complete required documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other service providers to support students’ overall progress
