LHH is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support attorneys in a busy corporate law practice. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while producing accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities
  • Draft, revise, proofread, and finalize a variety of business-related legal documents, correspondence, and client materials.
  • Manage document formatting, organization, and quality control for lengthy and complex files.
  • Prepare and maintain electronic files and document repositories throughout the lifecycle of transactions and projects.
  • Coordinate the execution of documents, including electronic signature processes and tracking of completed materials.
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of transaction-related documentation, closing materials, and final record sets.
  • Convert, edit, organize, and maintain electronic documents across various file formats.
  • Support attorneys with scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and deadline tracking.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative materials as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive client and business information.
  • Provide additional administrative, project, and team support in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a legal support, executive assistant, or professional services support role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent document production, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working with document management systems, electronic records, or workflow platforms is beneficial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to client service.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a legal, professional services, or administrative support role preferred.
  • Proficiency with document management and electronic filing systems.
  • Experience assisting with complex projects, document preparation, and matter coordination is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
Anticipated salary range: $60K to $65K

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
