ER RN | $15K Sign-on + Differentials | Full-Time Permanent

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Salem, VA. This is a fast-paced Emergency Department position providing care to patients ranging from minor injuries to acutely and critically ill patients.

Candidates with 1 year of RN ER experience in an acute care setting will be considered. *Medical Surgical RNs may be considered for cross-training for the Night Shift ONLY.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $32.33 – $48.50/hour
• Night Differential: $3.00/hour
• Weekend Days Differential: $3.00/hour
• Weekend Nights Differential: $7.00/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $1,500

Requirements

• Diploma or Associate's Degree from a professional nursing program — required
• BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at an accredited school of Nursing — preferred
• Current Virginia RN license OR current multistate Compact RN license with eligibility to practice in Virginia
• American Heart Association BLS Health Care Provider certification — required
• 1 year of RN ER experience in an acute care setting will be considered
• Medical Surgical RN candidates may be considered for Night Shift cross-training ONLY
