We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to support daily HR operations in Georgia. This contract position offers the opportunity to contribute across recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and records administration while working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to provide responsive assistance to both employees and the HR team.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment support by preparing job postings, tracking applicants, and helping move candidates through the selection process.
• Arrange interviews, confirm schedules, and maintain timely communication with applicants from initial contact through selection.
• Assemble onboarding paperwork and assist with orientation activities to help employees transition smoothly into their roles.
• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel documentation, ensuring records are organized and up to date.
• Enter, review, and update employee data within HR systems and tracking tools with a high level of accuracy.
• Respond to routine employee questions related to HR processes and benefits, escalating more complex matters when needed.
• Draft employment-related letters, reports, and other administrative documents to support HR operations.
• Contribute to employee-focused initiatives such as training coordination, wellness activities, recognition efforts, and engagement programs.
• Provide administrative assistance through filing, scanning, record retention, and general data entry while supporting compliance with applicable policies and employment regulations.• Experience supporting human resources administration in a detail-oriented office environment.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and the ability to manage employee information accurately.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes, employment documentation, and candidate screening coordination.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized personnel records.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with applicants, employees, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, filing, and data entry.
• Understanding of employee relations support and the ability to address routine HR and benefits questions.
