Supply Chain Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Administrator to support daily supply chain, inventory, and operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and can effectively collaborate across multiple departments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate information flow, administrative support, and timely execution of supply chain processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update supply chain data, records, and reports
Perform accurate data entry and documentation management
Support inventory, purchasing, logistics, and administrative functions
Monitor and track orders, shipments, and supply chain activities
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolution of issues
Generate, analyze, and distribute reports using Microsoft Excel and other business systems
Assist with process improvements and implementation of best practices
Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support operational goals
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of urgency
Effective collaboration and teamwork skills
Ability to follow direction and quickly translate guidance into action
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently after training
Adaptable and eager to learn new systems, tools, and processes
SAP or ERP system experience preferred, but not required
Previous data entry experience preferred
Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, inventory, or administrative support is a plus
Competitive pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
