Qualifications:
- Must hold a current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Massachusetts
- Previous experience working in a school setting with K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy programs
- Commitment to professional growth and student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized plans for students requiring occupational therapy services
- Deliver direct and consultative OT interventions tailored to students’ needs within the school environment
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ academic and developmental goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports according to school policies and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and participate in IEP development and reviews
- Stay current with best practices in OT and adapt techniques for diverse student populations
This position offers:
- A rewarding contract from September 1, 2026, to November 1, 2027
- 35 hours per week, working Monday through Friday within a consistent schedule
