Work collaboratively with educators and staff to impact young learners and help each student reach their full potential in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Massachusetts
  • Previous experience working in a school setting with K-12 students preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy programs
  • Commitment to professional growth and student success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and create individualized plans for students requiring occupational therapy services
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT interventions tailored to students’ needs within the school environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ academic and developmental goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports according to school policies and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and participate in IEP development and reviews
  • Stay current with best practices in OT and adapt techniques for diverse student populations

This position offers:
