• Learn specialized software workflows through training materials and internal documentation, then apply that knowledge effectively in day-to-day work.
• Record and organize process notes to help clarify procedures and improve consistency across billing and bookkeeping tasks.• Demonstrated experience using QuickBooks Online in a hands-on bookkeeping or accounting support role.
• Background in construction accounting, including billing processes tied to project-based work.
• Practical knowledge of progress billing, retainage, and AIA-style invoicing.
• Experience with job costing and tracking financial activity at the project level.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and reconcile information between operational software and accounting records.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve sync, reconciliation, or reporting discrepancies.
