Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Electronics Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position involves hands-on production work with electronic components, circuit boards, batteries, wiring, and electrical equipment.
The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing or production experience, preferably with exposure to soldering, circuit board assembly, battery testing, electrical testing, or wiring. This is a hands-on production position where attention to detail, quality, and the ability to follow detailed instructions are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and prepare electronic components and circuit boards for production.
- Perform soldering on electronic components and circuit boards.
- Test batteries and electrical components using designated testing equipment.
- Perform electrical and functional testing according to established procedures.
- Inspect circuit boards, wiring, and components for quality and proper connections.
- Work with wires, cables, connectors, terminals, and electronic components.
- Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and production specifications.
- Use hand tools and basic electrical testing equipment as required.
- Identify and report defects, quality issues, or equipment problems.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet established production, quality, and efficiency goals.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or electronics experience preferred.
- Soldering experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working with circuit boards or PCBs is a strong plus.
- Experience with battery testing or electrical testing is preferred.
- Experience working with wiring, cables, connectors, or electrical components is a plus.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and testing equipment.
- Good hand dexterity and ability to work with small components.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
