Job Description

Your assignment will run ASAP through May 27, 2027, with a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, all on-site. You’ll find fulfillment in delivering specially tailored instruction and care alongside a committed team.
Key Qualifications:
- Active South Carolina Teaching License (mandatory)
- Special Education certification
- Early Childhood degree and certification (for EC PCD Teacher, ages 3-4)
- SPED Multi-Categorical Endorsement (for K-3 ID Mild/Mod Self-contained)
- Experience in school-based or special education settings preferred
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
- Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies for early learners and/or multi-categorical K-3 students
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and families
- Conduct ongoing student assessment and progress monitoring
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation as required
- Foster an inclusive, engaging classroom environment
