We’re seeking a Social Worker to join a residential behavioral health program in Tucson, AZ. This opportunity is ideal for both new graduates and experienced clinicians who are passionate about helping individuals navigate mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions.
You’ll work directly with residents in a structured, supportive environment while providing counseling, assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and ongoing therapeutic support.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor resident progress and update treatment goals as needed
- Utilize evidence-based interventions for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions
- Provide crisis intervention in accordance with program guidelines
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support positive resident outcomes
- Coordinate services and resources to promote continuity of care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EMR
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Promote a recovery-oriented, client-centered residential environment
What We’re Looking For
Eligible licenses include:
- Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT)
Additional qualifications:
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in residential behavioral health, mental health, substance use, crisis services, or a related setting is a plus
- Passion for supporting individuals experiencing behavioral health and/or substance use challenges
- Strong communication, organization, time-management, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to compassionate, recovery-oriented, client-centered care
