Manufacturing/Cleanroom Technician - 3rd Shift - $24/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Cleanroom Technician to join our team. This role involves kitting, filling, and packaging operations to prepare manufactured cartridges for shipment. You will work in a temperature-controlled environment to ensure products are ready for distribution across the US and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Perform kitting and assembly operations for manufactured cartridges.
• Ensure accurate filling operations by following detailed work instructions housed in a cloud-based application.
• Operate process equipment such as balances, pneumatic presses, pumps, and heat sealers.
• Perform machine operations, including placing flow cells in machines for heat sealing, labeling, and cutting excess foil.
• Conduct visual inspections and ensure quality standards are met to prevent manufacturing yield decreases.

Essential Skills

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Proficiency in operating machinery for filling and packaging operations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player mindset.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Comfortable leading a fill and pack line.
• Willingness to learn or experience with small volume aliquoting.
• Ability to use Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with laboratory and inspection processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
