Key Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Monitor, analyze, and adjust behavioral data to drive student success and goal attainment.
Train, consult, and collaborate with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff on behavioral interventions.
Partner with multidisciplinary IEP teams, school administration, and families to support overall student well-being.
Requirements
Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential from the BACB.
Licensure: Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or applicable ISBE credential/approval.
Experience: Prior experience working in a K-12 school district or pediatric educational setting preferred.
