As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store. From leading a team to delivering exceptional customer experiences, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do. This is a great opportunity for someone with 5 years of experience in retail or a related field who’s ready to take on a leadership role in a fun and dynamic environment.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Leading and motivating team members to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Ensuring an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards.
- Managing inventory and ensuring shelves are always stocked with our delightful products.
- Handling administrative tasks, such as scheduling and reporting.
- Assisting with staff training and development to build a strong, cohesive team.
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 5 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
- Possesses strong leadership and team management skills.
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
