POSITION SUMMARY

The Membership Marketing Project Manager plans, executes, and manages the marketing projects that promote RDG's exclusive lifestyle membership program. The role owns campaign delivery end-to-end — project plans, timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, content, and performance reporting — and requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of luxury marketing. This position partners closely with the VP of Marketing, the Director of Membership Programming, and the Head of Partnerships & Communications to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

    • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns and projects from conception to completion.
    • Create detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors so project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Marketing Strategy
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the lifestyle membership program, increase brand awareness, and drive member acquisition.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
  • Propose annual marketing strategies for continued growth and improvement.
  • Content Creation & Management
    • Work with the creative team to develop high-quality marketing materials including brochures, emails, social media content, and advertisements.
    • Ensure all content is consistent with the brand's voice, tone, and visual identity.
    • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing
    • Work with the Digital Manager on execution of digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance reports provided by the Digital Manager.
    • Challenge and support the Digital Manager in optimizing digital efforts based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  • Event Promotion
    • Collaborate with the Director of Membership Programming to promote membership-related events and activities.
    • Develop and execute event marketing plans including pre-event promotion, on-site branding, and post-event follow-up.
    • Track and report on the effectiveness of event marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management
    • Maintain marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    • Track expenses and provide regular budget updates to the VP of Marketing.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Serve as the primary point of contact to the Head of Partnerships & Communications for all marketing project communications.
    • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress and address issues or concerns.
    • Ensure clear and consistent communication across all teams involved in marketing projects.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Monitor and report on the success of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Track KPIs and metrics, and prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.
  • Performance Measures
    • Campaign performance: new leads generated, lead-to-member conversion rate, and cost per acquisition.
    • Digital metrics: website traffic growth, SEO ranking improvement for targeted keywords, social media engagement, and email open, click-through, and conversion rates.
    • Content performance: content reach, engagement rate, and adherence to content calendar deadlines and budget.
    • Event promotion: event attendance, attendee engagement and satisfaction, and post-event follow-up conversion.
    • Budget and delivery: percentage of projects delivered within budget and on or before deadline, resource utilization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
    • Member retention: year-over-year retention rate, churn rate, and frequency and quality of member interaction with marketing initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing project management.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects from start to finish.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
    • Proficiency in marketing software and project management tools.
  • Preferred
    • Experience within the luxury lifestyle or hospitality industry.
  • Competencies
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for luxury lifestyle marketing.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Physical Demands
    • Performs general office work including typing and extended computer use, which lends itself to repetitive motion.
    • Sits in a stationary position for several hours within the day.
    • Stands and walks for extended periods while supporting on-site event activations.
    • Lifts, carries, and moves up to 50 pounds of marketing and event materials as needed.
  • Work Environment
    • Corporate office environment, with periodic presence at member events across RDG venues.
    • Fast-paced event settings with elevated noise levels during activations.
    • Schedule includes occasional evenings and weekends driven by the campaign and event calendar.
