User Experience Associate
Job Description
Summary of the Position:
The User Experience Associate assists in optimizing our products across various online partners. The E-Commerce User Experience Associate also contributes to Nutramax E-Commerce organizational goals and objectives, with a focus on achieving sales growth, profit margins, and market share targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Regularly audit how product titles, meta descriptions, pricing, and ratings render on major search engine results pages (SERPs).
• Analyze competitor SERP listings to identify new presentation trends, features, or opportunities for differentiation.
• Update all Nutramax items in customer systems, such as Data Sync and Retail Link, for various lines of business, including Retail
and Ecommerce.
• Support the end-to-end launch and integration of a new Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring seamless data
flow from the PIM to the e-commerce storefront.
• Conduct scheduled audits of product detail pages and search results, ensuring the security of Nutramax brands in the E-
Commerce market.
• Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product enrichment, data governance, and catalog updates
within the PIM.
• Perform other assigned duties as they may be required in meeting company objectives.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with other departments in the organization and collaborate within a team setting.

Requirements:Minimum Requirements:
• Associate degree or higher
• 1-2 years of Marketing experience
• Must possess strong organizational, execution and excellent proofreading skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced
environment.
Preferred Experience and Skills
• Animal health industry experience or companion animal/equine background a plus.
• Sales and Marketing experience in a CPG organization.
