Location: Spring Valley, IL
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals of Ottawa & Morris is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Laser Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Spring Valley, IL.
Job Responsibilities- Operate CNC laser equipment safely and efficiently
- Fix and secure parts to jigs and fixtures
- Perform spot welding as needed
- Conduct visual inspections and quality control checks
- Follow air filter production processes and visual checklists
- Complete computer logging and production documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Identify and report quality or production issues
- 1+ year of CNC, manufacturing, or related production experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to follow work instructions, checklists, and quality standards
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
