Your shift, your craft

Step into a modern, highly invested manufacturing environment dedicated to building precision parts for aerospace and engine applications. On second shift, you’ll own your cell and keep production moving with advanced multi‑axis equipment.

• 4:00 PM: Arrive, review work orders, load tools and fixtures on CNC lathes and 5‑axis mills.
• Evening: Set up, operate, and monitor multi‑axis CNC equipment while machining tight‑tolerance aerospace and engine components.
• Throughout the shift: Keep parts flowing, make efficient changeovers, and stay ready for consistent overtime.
• 2:00 AM: Wrap up with a clean, organized station and handoff notes.

• 5+ axis vertical machining centers (VMC)
• Multi‑axis CNC lathes

Pay & schedule

• Hourly: $23–$35
• Shift: 2nd shift, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM
• Overtime: Consistent opportunities
