- Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Sunday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Saturday: Off
About the Role
We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to help maintain accurate inventory and ensure produce is properly tracked, rotated, and accounted for throughout the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory
- Track incoming and outgoing produce
- Verify quantities, labels, and lot information
- Monitor damages, spoilage, product quality, and adjustments
- Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation
- Update inventory in warehouse/WMS systems
- Support inventory audits and reporting
- Coordinate with receiving, shipping, warehouse, and management teams
- Keep inventory organized and accurate
Qualifications
- Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred
- Produce, food distribution, or perishable-product experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Basic computer/WMS skills preferred
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the required schedule
