General Labor: Siding Construction/Carpenter Builders.

General Labor:
• Roofing
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Sheetrock Hangers
• Insulation/Plastic Installation

Pay:
• Starting pay is approximately $17.00/hour.
• Pay may be negotiated up to approximately $18.50/hour DOE, depending on
experience and skill level.

Shift & Schedule:
• 1st Shift Only
• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
o May extend to 5:30 PM depending on production needs.
• Saturday: Mandatory
o Typically 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
o May extend to 3:30 PM depending on production needs.

This company builds mobile buildings from the ground up through completion.

Workers should be comfortable working in a warehouse setting, using hand and power tools, working with
insulation and construction materials and working extended hours and mandatory the strongest candidates will have basic construction experience, hand/power tool experience, good attendance, and the ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Frames come in pre-built must be able to complete the remaining construction and assembly work, including:
o Installing wheels and axles
o Flooring
o Siding
o Insulation
o other components necessary to complete the building.

The work is performed in a warehouse environment that is not climate controlled. Fans are available throughout the facility.
Employees will be working with insulation may wear:
• Long sleeves
• Protective insulation suit

Required Experience & Skills:
• Hand and power tool experience
• Staple gun experience
• Insulation experience
• Basic construction knowledge
• Ability to use common construction tools
