Job Description
Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an experienced Bilingual Real Estate Title / Closing Specialist to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting residential and/or commercial real estate transactions, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has experience with title, closing, and real estate transaction systems.
Qualifications- Bilingual English/Spanish required — professional-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both languages.
- Previous experience in real estate title, closings, or real estate transactions strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with FinCEN, KYC (Know Your Customer), and 1031 Exchanges, including their relevance to real estate transactions, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with one or more of the following systems/software preferred:
- ATIDS
- AgentNet
- TitleWave
- E-Closing
- AltaStar
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, client-focused demeanor and strong customer service skills.
- Support the preparation and processing of real estate title and closing transactions.
- Communicate with clients, real estate professionals, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Review transaction documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist with title and closing documentation and ensure required information is obtained and properly recorded.
- Utilize title and closing software systems to manage transaction information and documentation.
- Assist with coordinating closing requirements and resolving transaction-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files.
- Protect confidential client and transaction information.
- Provide professional service and timely communication throughout the transaction process.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
