Our office is growing, and we are looking to hire the right person to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently hiring for a part-time Customer Service Representative position.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our insurance products, and answering questions our clients may have.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service to current clients
Responding to client questions and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
Processing policy changes, updates, and other service-related requests
Contacting customers regarding invoice payments, billing reminders, and past-due balances
Following up with clients to obtain missing documents, signatures, and other required information
Assisting with policy documentation, billing support, and general account servicing
Maintaining a working knowledge of our insurance products and services
Communicating with carriers and team members to help complete customer requests accurately and efficiently
Keeping client files and account information organized and up to date
Following through on outstanding service items to ensure a smooth customer experience
Supporting the office with general administrative and customer service duties as needed
Requirements
Active Property and Casualty license required
