Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential support a Spanish speaking client, in Lancaster city for Monday - Wednesday - Friday and Saturday evenings for a total of 20 hours a week.. Client resides with her daughter, experiencing early dementia and needs reminders, companionship, meal prep and the occasional showering/bathroom assistance.
This role involves assisting the client with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety, and promoting their overall well-being. Ideal candidates will have experience in caregiving, a strong understanding of patient care, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of care. We offer weekly pay, free healthcare and the opportunity to be part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and tidy living environment.
- Basic meal preparation
- Collaborate with family members to develop and implement effective care plans.
- A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care IS A MUST
- Previous experience in home health care or long-term care settings is preferred, but compassionate individuals looking to make a career change will be considered.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
