The Ideal Candidate

Possesses a desire to learn | is punctual and reliable | has a positive attitude and work ethic. The role of Construction Apprentice will work with and learn from the General Contractor as well as experienced professionals in the Trades. For example, but not limited to: Electricians, Carpenters, HVAC installers and General construction laborers. In addition, you may only have a year or less work on a construction site; this is our preference.


Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled tradespeople, project teams and the GC on active construction sites
  • Learn construction fundamentals, tools, and jobsite safety practices
  • Assist with material handling, site cleanup, and general labor
  • Support basic installation and construction activities as directed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow instructions and safety procedures
  • Arrive on time, ready to learn, work, and contribute each day


Requirements

  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in outdoor environments
  • Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Safety-minded attitude; you can obtain an OSHA card through us
  • Basic hand tools are a plus, but not required
