We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Labor / Shop Helper to assist with daily shop and production operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with hand and power tools, handling materials, keeping the work area organized, and assisting skilled tradespeople with various shop duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist welders, fabricators, mechanics, and other skilled shop personnel.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the shop.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Assist with grinding, cutting, drilling, deburring, and material preparation.
• Measure and prepare materials according to job requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Help with assembly, disassembly, packaging, and general production duties.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and material handling as needed.
• Perform other general labor and shop duties as assigned.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous general labor, shop helper, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with hand and power tools is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Safety-conscious and willing to learn new skills.
• Previous fabrication, welding, mechanical, or industrial experience is a plus.
