Centurion Security Services, Inc. is currently hiring for the following:

ARMED (San Pedro)

• • Saturday & Sunday 9pm-5am or Sunday & Monday 9pm-5am
  • Pay range: $23.00-$27.00/hr
  • Minimum of 3 years of armed security guard experience

UNARMED (Wilmington, San Pedro, Los Angeles, Port of Long Beach / Los Angeles)

• • Full time, part time, temporary and on-call positions
  • Pay range: $18.42-$19/hr
  • Port Security (with a TWIC card)
  • Parking Lot Security
  • Security Booth
  • Scrap Metal Yard Security
  • Industrial Security
  • Marina/Dock Security
  • Residential Security
  • Roving Security Guards

All candidates must have the following:

• Valid CA BSIS Guard Card
• Valid CA BSIS Firearms Permit for armed sites
• Valid TWIC card for port security
• Customer service skills

Patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks.
Maintains safe and secure environment for customer by monitoring premises and personnel.
Keen and observant eye to ensure any suspicious activity does not go unnoticed.
Ability to act with integrity and in a professional manner.
Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; reporting trespassers.
Completes reports by recording observations, information,occurrences.
Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with the post site rules and regulations.
Always present best in appearance and attitude.
