Driver/Operations Specialist

Full-Time Driver/Operator needed in the Charleston, SC area for our mobile waste compaction service that is revolutionizing the industry. No CDL or special license required for this vehicle. The ideal candidate should have a background in driving light duty trucks and some mechanical/maintenance knowledge. We are seeking someone who enjoys working on a small team and will enjoy building a culture and a business.

Our Crushing service is used to compact waste in open container dumpsters for the Industrial, commercial and construction industries.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 23,000-pound truck
• Drive the truck to the customer sites within Charleston and surrounding areas
• Skillfully and safely operate a hydraulic compactor
• Properly track and document activity log through on smart phone app
• Inspect truck before and after your daily routes
• Contribute to the maintenance and cleaning of truck and hydraulic compactor
• Interact with a friendly and entrepreneurial spirit with our customers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of driving experience preferred. No CDL required.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly individual who thrives on interacting with people
• Must have strong work ethic, reliable and professional
• Background and Drug Screen
• DOT physical required, we will reimburse you
• Valid driver’s license with clean 5-year MVR
• Able to handle a moderate physical workload including lifting, standing & climbing a 4-foot ladder

Compensation: $25-$27 per hour (hourly wage plus commissions)

$20 per hour base rate plus commission on every customer crush plus bonus for securing new customer demos while driving/operating your daily route. With commissions/bonuses you will have the opportunity to earn up to $27+ per hour. (currently our drivers make between $25-$27 per hour.
