About the Role

A leading logistics and records-management company in Auburn, WA is looking for hardworking, reliable warehouse associates for an ongoing Long Term Engagement as a Fulfillment Specialist. You'll process inventory fulfillment, inquiry fulfillment, custom kit assembly, and receiving in a fast-paced warehouse — and every shift you work adds to your track record with future opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Operate powered industrial trucks — Turret Truck and/or Reach Truck experience preferred
• Process Inventory Fulfillment, Inquiry Fulfillment, Custom Kit Assembly, and receipts of inventory in compliance with facility procedures
• Keep product/inventory well-organized with strong attention to detail
• Use hand tools (box cutters, tape guns, stretch wrap dispensers, staplers, etc.)
• Use a handheld scanner and basic computer/keyboard tools to track inventory
• Work safely and efficiently across one or more warehouse departments
• Repeatedly lift 50–75 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift

What You Need

• Preferred: PIT/powered industrial truck experience (Turret Truck, Reach Truck)
• Required: Steel-toed boots
• Willingness to commit to the full schedule and engagement
• Preferred: experience with handheld scanners and inventory processing
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen
• Ability to pass a 10-year criminal background check
• Must complete W-2 onboarding prior to starting (this is a W-2 position, not 1099)
