Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Location: Halls, TN 38040
Duration: 5 Months – Possible Extension
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Schedule: 6 Days/Week | 1 Day Off

Job Overview

Support daily facility operations, including grain handling, material movement, equipment care, and general facility activities while maintaining a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload: Trucks, Vessels, Barges, Rail cars
• Fill and reclaim grain ground piles.
• Perform various grain handling activities.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and operator care.
• Support ongoing facility operations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work effectively and professionally with team members.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including: Bending, Lifting up to 50 lbs., Kneeling, Climbing, Crawling, Twisting
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to: Heat, Cold, Dust, Loud noise
• Must be able to properly use required PPE.
• Ability to work in elevated areas 4 feet and above.

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to work overtime.
• Flexibility to work: Weekends, Holidays, Different shifts
• Ability to adjust work schedules based on operational needs with advance notice.
