Rivas Coffee, Cocktails & Kitchen is looking for a dependable, energetic Busser to join our front-of-house team. We’re looking for someone who works with urgency, stays organized, and helps keep service running smoothly for both our guests and our team.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Pre-bus tables throughout service
• Refill waters and provide clean tableware as needed
• Assist servers and other front-of-house team members
• Run food and beverages to guests when needed
• Keep the dining room and outdoor patio clean and organized
• Polish silverware, glassware, and other service items
• Restock service stations throughout the shift
• Assist with trash, sweeping, cleaning, and closing duties
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, baristas, kitchen staff, and management
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized environment for guests

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong sense of urgency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Able to stand and move for extended periods
• Able to lift and carry restaurant supplies, dishes, and bus tubs
• Weekend, brunch, and evening availability preferred
• Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Pay

$6.50 per hour + tips

Bussers participate in Rivas’ tip-sharing policy. Actual tip earnings vary based on sales and hours worked. Total compensation will meet all applicable minimum-wage requirements.
