Chef/Kitchen Manager - excellent opportunity to oversee an exciting new multi-concept opening within two months in a brand new building on Nine Mile Road.

Job Responsibilities: oversee daily operations, food quality, and consistentcy, manage food cost, ordering, and vendor relations; interview, hire, and on-board entire BOH staff: collaborate on menu development and specials: control all prime costs against budget targets; work within company SOP guidelines.

Requirements: 3+ years in highly rated restaurants with at least 1+ years in a managerial role as an executive chef, sous-chef, or chef tournant; strong leadership and team-building skills; solid grasp of food cost, inventory, and reading P&L basics; passion for quality, high sanitation standards, exceeding customers expectations, mentoring, and on-boarding skills.
