House Manager Residential Supports - Overtime Available!!!
Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and compassionate House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential home supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise and support residential staff
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served
- Coordinate daily activities, appointments, meals, medications, and household needs
- Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support individualized service and behavior plans
- Assist with staffing coverage and participate in the on-call system
- Maintain the home and assigned vehicle
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations
- Ability to work irregular hours when needed
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive
