Pet Agreed is a modern home-style pet care business providing boarding, daycare, grooming, and other pet care services. We are looking for a dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented person to join our team.

You do not need to be a pet-care expert.

We can teach you our system. What we cannot teach is reliability, honesty, good judgment, and the ability to follow instructions consistently.

Our clients trust us with members of their family, so we take that responsibility seriously.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Feeding dogs according to written instructions
• Providing fresh water and monitoring basic needs
• Supervising indoor and outdoor playtime
• Safely moving dogs between kennels, play areas, and designated spaces
• Cleaning kennels, bowls, floors, and pet-care areas
• Following individual feeding, behavior, and handling instructions
• Taking photos and completing required daily care reports
• Monitoring stools, eating habits, behavior, and other changes
• Keeping doors, gates, kennels, and designated areas properly secured
• Following established safety and emergency procedures
• Communicating concerns to management immediately
• Completing assigned opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities

• Is comfortable working around dogs of different sizes and personalities
• Can stay calm and think clearly in a busy environment
• Keeps their phone away while actively supervising animals
• Communicates clearly with management
• Takes accountability for their work
• Can maintain the same standard of care even when management isn't standing nearby

What We're NOT Looking For

This is not a position where you simply come to work and play with dogs.

We are responsible for multiple pets whose families are depending on us. Feeding instructions, kennel assignments, gates, schedules, cleaning procedures, and safety protocols must be followed correctly every time.

Previous pet-care experience is helpful, but reliability and the ability to follow our systems are more important to us than years of animal experience.
