Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver customer orders to homes and businesses in the Methuen area
- Collect payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with customers at the door
- Ensure orders are complete and correctly packaged before leaving the store
- Follow all traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times
- Assist with light in-store duties such as folding boxes or answering phones during downtime
- Keep delivery vehicle clean and report any maintenance issues promptly
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to navigate local Methuen and surrounding area roads efficiently
- Strong time management skills and punctuality
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude with good communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be at least 18 years of age
