A dynamic, full-time Maintenance Supervisor/Service Manager position is available at an outstanding apartment community in the Charlotte area. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent maintenance skills and attention to detail. We want to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team! The apartment community has 275+ units.

EPA CERTIFICATION, RENOVATION, AND COMPUTER LITERACY REQUIRED

Qualifications for this position include:

• 3+ years of experience in the maintenance field
• Multifamily housing experience preferred
• Overseeing a staff of 2 technicians / managerial skills required
• Make Ready
• Plumbing, Electrical, Tile, Carpentry
• Apartment Turns / Work orders
• Honest, loyal, and reliable
