About the Opportunity

Join a fast-paced oilfield operation in Midland, TX as a CDL A Oilfield Worker. This contract position is ideal for experienced oilfield professionals with strong commercial driving skills who are looking for a structured rotation schedule, competitive pay, and an opportunity to work in a safety-focused environment.

Schedule

• 15 days on / 6 days off
• Full-time contract position
• Oilfield operations based in Midland, TX
• Overtime and extended hours may be required based on operational needs

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles and oilfield equipment in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
• Transport equipment, materials, and supplies to and from oilfield locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Assist with loading, unloading, rigging, and positioning equipment as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures, operational guidelines, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs, inspection reports, and required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and field personnel.
• Support general oilfield operations and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean and acceptable driving record.
• Previous oilfield experience strongly preferred.
• Experience operating commercial vehicles in an oilfield or industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to work a 15 days on / 6 days off rotation.
• Ability to work outdoors and in physically demanding field conditions.
• Ability to pass required background, drug, and employment screenings.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work extended shifts when required.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:

• Oil & Gas
• Frac operations
• Cementing
• Wireline
• Well servicing
• Heavy equipment operations
• Oilfield transportation
• Industrial field operations
