AUTOMOTIVE BILLER

East Hills Subaru of Roslyn seeks an experienced, full-time automotive biller.

Job Responsibilities:

• Posting DMV checks, including out-of-state checks
• Packaging deals for banks, including the purchasing of warranties
• Applying for duplicate titles
• Stocking new/used cars into inventory
• Billing retail, wholesale and dealer trade deals
• Coordinating swapped vehicles
• Data entry, journal entries, ordering supplies

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in an automotive billing capacity.
• Must be self-motivated and have a great work ethic.
• Knowledge of Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) systems and processes is a plus.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be a team player.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and be attentive to details.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.

The rate of pay is $30 per hour, depending on level of experience.
