Job Overview

Safer is looking for a dependable and detail oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information within our internal systems while supporting our operations and account teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with computers, able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy, and takes ownership of getting work completed correctly and on time.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer, location, work order, invoice, and service information
• Review information for accuracy and completeness before entry
• Maintain organized and accurate electronic records
• Upload and organize documents within company systems
• Assist with processing service documentation and reports
• Identify missing or incorrect information and work with team members to resolve discrepancies
• Support account management, operations, and billing teams with administrative tasks
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay organized while handling a high volume of information
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and web based software
• Strong written communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred, but not required
