Restaurant Operator / Executive Chef-GM

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thinks like an owner, cares deeply about the guest experience, and wants a meaningful stake in the success of the business.

This could be an excellent fit for an Executive Chef ready to take responsibility for the entire restaurant, a GM with strong culinary experience, or an experienced Chef Operator looking for greater autonomy.

We are looking for someone who can successfully lead the entire operation, not someone who focuses exclusively on either the kitchen or the dining room.

• Proven full-service restaurant leadership experience
• Strong FOH and BOH understanding
• Experience managing restaurant financial performance
• Strong labor and food cost knowledge
• Experience building and developing teams
• Ability to create systems and operating standards
• Strong culinary understanding
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• An entrepreneurial, owner-minded approach
• Ability to operate independently and make decisions
