Skilled Laborer

As a member of the Hardtscape Contracting team, your tasks might include the following:

* Operation of a variety of power tools

* Assist with the operation of heavy machinery

* Clean and grease heavy equipment

* Shovel, rake and level dirt & gravel

* Operation of a plate packer & trencher

* Load & unload materials

* Placement of stone & retaining wall materials

* Sprinkler repairs

* Site clean-up & other physical duties as assigned

* Performs occasional tasks that may require on-the-job training

* Customer Service

Work Environment:

Hours and days are somewhat variable depending upon the season. Typically, we work Monday through Friday 0700-1700 depending upon the job and weather conditions. The majority of our work is outside. Extreme heat or cold could result in a day off or in an abbreviated work day. Occasionally there is Saturday work and overtime.

We are a growing, high-energy company that works with dirt. We move it, sculpt it, go through it and trench it. Excavation is our core business but we have roots firmly planted in hardscaping and landscape construction. We are a group of high-output, self-starters who like to make work fun while building relationships with our customers. We work in both residential and commercial environments so you can count on no two days being the same.
