Location: 13831 Frederick St., Moreno Valley, CA
Property: 45-Unit Apartment Complex

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented On-Site Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a well-maintained apartment community.

Compensation and Hours :

• $2,000 per month
• 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment included
• 30 Hours per week ( Flexible schedule)

Responsibilities:

• Handle tenant communications and inquiries
• Oversee leasing, move-ins, and move-outs
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendors
• Ensure property cleanliness and safety
• Manage rent collection and property records

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous property management or leasing experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Must live on-site
