SaveMore Hair & Beauty Supply is hiring a friendly, dependable, and motivated Cashier/Sales Associate to join our retail team in Tyler, Texas!
Location: 1702 S SE Loop 323, Tyler, TX 75701
Next to Planet Fitness on 5th Street
About the Position
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will help customers find the hair and beauty products they need, operate the register, maintain the sales floor, and help create a welcoming shopping experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Handle cash and card payments responsibly
- Help customers locate hair, beauty, and personal-care products
- Answer questions and assist with product selections
- Recommend products and promote sales and special offers
- Stock shelves and keep merchandise organized
- Assist with restocking and inventory checks
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and checkout area
- Work cooperatively with other team members
- Follow store policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred Not Required
- Previous cashier, retail, or customer-service experience is a plus
- Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to learn about hair and beauty products
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
No Previous Beauty Supply Experience Required
