Monitor systems: Watch security cameras, computer screens, and alarm panels for unusual activity.
Help people: Give directions, answer questions, and assist visitors or workers.
Write reports: Note daily events, visitor counts, and write clear notes if an incident happens.
Respond to emergencies: Call police, fire, or medical workers when trouble happens
