Registered Dental Hygienist

Duties

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments by taking vital signs, medical histories, and dental radiographs (X-rays) using digital imaging technology.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment options to promote lifelong oral health.
• Follow strict infection prevention protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist with current credentials.
• Proven experience in general dentistry.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, equipment operation, and medical imaging techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and foster a welcoming environment.

PAY RANGE: $45-$51 per hour
