$20 to $23 an hour. No phone calls. Three days off every week.

Etech Global Services is hiring Customer Support Specialists in Dallas to support a

fast growing financial technology platform. You will work entirely in chat and email. No

inbound calls, no outbound calls, no sales quota.

What you get

  • $20 to $23 an hour depending on experience and assessment results

The schedule, stated plainly

Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 12pm to 11pm. Four shifts, forty hours,

three days off. This schedule includes weekends. If that does not work for your life,

this is not the right role, and we would rather tell you now than in week three.

What you will actually do

  • Answer customer questions over chat and email, clearly and in writing
  • Investigate account and transaction issues and explain what happened
  • Handle frustrated customers with money on the line, calmly and in writing
  • Escalate what needs escalating and document what you did

What we need from you

  • Strong written English. This job is writing, all day
  • Comfort working independently on a computer
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior support, moderation, gaming, fintech, or crypto experience is a plus, not a
  • requirement
