Pay: $52,000 - $62,000 Base Salary + Bonus Potential Up to $11,700 Annually
Total Compensation Potential: Up to $73,700 Per Year

Vangeloff Management KFC Inc., one of the largest KFC franchise organizations in Michigan, operates 16 locations throughout Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne Counties. We are seeking experienced, customer-focused leaders to join our team as Restaurant General Managers.
As a Restaurant General Manager, you'll lead all aspects of a million-dollar-plus business, develop future leaders, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive outstanding restaurant results.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year
- Monthly Bonus Program
- Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $11,700
- Compensation based on experience, qualifications, and restaurant sales volume

Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Drive sales growth and profitability
- Manage labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
- Deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure compliance with KFC brand standards, food safety, and company policies
- Create a positive and engaging work environment
- Coach and develop future leaders

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work a minimum 50-hour work week
