Join Our Team – Make a Difference Every Day

Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to make a meaningful impact in someone’s life? Stay Home Senior Services is seeking dedicated Part-Time In-Home Caregivers or CNA's with potential to grow into Full-time hours. You would provide quality care and companionship to seniors in and around Boonsboro MD, Hagerstown MD, Frederick MD.

We believe that seniors deserve to age with dignity and comfort — in their own homes — and our caregivers make that possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home care and assistance to clients based on their individual needs and care plans
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Provide companionship and engage in conversation with clients
  • Accompany and/or provide transportation for clients to appointments or social outings (as needed)
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

  • Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)
  • Ability to travel to clients within a 35 mile radius from your location
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening (required)
  • CPR (required)
  • 2 step TB test (required)
  • Person my be Compassionate, dependable, and patient
  • Have the ability to work independently and follow instructions, and complete documentation in accordance with company, state and federal standards
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs
  • CNA/HHA certification is a plus, but not required
