The Front of House Manager oversees a medium-sized team of 6-15 staff members, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. This role emphasizes staff training and development while maintaining operational efficiency through daily shift management, weekly planning, and monthly reporting. The manager also regularly interacts with vendors to coordinate supplies and services, supporting overall event coordination and inventory management.
