Truck Driver - no CDL
Job Description
Join a mission-driven organization making a global impact! Planet Aid collects and recycles used textiles to protect the environment and support sustainable development in communities around the world.
This role focuses on operating a box truck (up to 20 ft.) to collect and transport donated textiles. You’ll play a key part in ensuring donations are picked up efficiently and delivered safely.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate box trucks on assigned local routes
- Service donation bins (collect, clean, and maintain sites)
- Load and transport donated materials to designated locations
- Follow all safety procedures and driving regulations
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
- Communicate any route, site, or safety concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily routes
Schedule: 4 days, 10-hour shifts (Saturdays required)
Pay: $23/hour plus bonus (Average $25/hr with bonus), paid weekly. Stay on bonus after 3 months $1,000.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of box truck or similar driving experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and DOT physical
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, loading, and working outdoors
